I have never had any problems with your products but I am very very disappointed with Australia Post sevices, around three weeks to get a Hobbyco parcel from Sydney to the Wollongong area? I could have walked there, picked it up and walked back home again in less time. I suggest very strongly you consider using much more efficient services in future and if everyone did that maybe they might wake up?
