Easy to purchase the RC car online, good price and fast delivery. I needed to contact support post purchase and it was good to get a quick response that was very human. Ultimately the issue resolved itself but my impression was the customer support team were up for assisting if a swap was needed. Only thing to keep an eye on is the website advising you need to get back within 14 days if you have a product issue (seems a bit short).
