Great experience. This was a late purchase for Christmas that I wanted to receive in time to be able to wrap & pack with other presents to send to family interstate in time for Christmas. Further to taking the express delivery option, and considering the time of year it was, I outlined my plight to the staff & the purchase was dispatched the same day. There are still some real people left in the world and you have some of them amongst your staff at Hobbyco.
