The whole experience was saved by Allen and Grant. I would have given no star at all for the experience.
Online shopping System is not designed to handle a mixed order - pre-order and In-stock - i lost an item that I ordered that was in stock as it wasn’t allocated while waiting for Pre-orders to arrive. Very disappointed but speaking to Allen and Grant they resolve some issues.
Hopefully you’ll upgrade your system to handle different types of transactions and also have a live allocation system.
