As my two grandchildren live in Perth and I live in Sydney I was looking for a company that I could purchase and send toy’s across with the minimum of fuss and delay. I came across this company and the prompt service and attention to detail was outstanding. This was bought to my attention by the fact that I made a mistake in the delivery address and after only one email to the company advising them of this it had been rectified. I was kept updated as to the postal status was of the parcel on a daily basis and it was delivered promptly. An additional bonus was that it’s an Australian company.
