I had received a 300 piece The Deep jigsaw puzzle that had half of the pieces faulty with the top image parts disconnected from the white cardboard backings.
I called up customer service and the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. I sent through an image of the damaged pieces and a replacement puzzle was sent in a very timely manner. Highly appreciate and recommend their level of customer service.
