Was a bit apprehensive as new to Hobbyco and buying a reasonably expensive Hornby train set for my 9yr old boy's birthday but Grant in Customer Service was a pleasure to deal with: reassuring; very helpful and professional. Used AusPost Express Delivery and their sms and email notifications were excellent. Parcel arrived in Melbourne quickly, as promised. Not installed yet but all looks well-treated and in good order. Am very happy and am now a future customer; no hesitation.
