I recently purchased a model kit from Hobbyco , A Trumpeter kitset 1:350 scale model of an early battleship ( Dreadnought ) SMS Viribus Unitis , the kit itself is fantastic and is shaping up to be one of the best I've made . The model itself is a hard one to find in this part of the world when I seen it as with anything it just happened to be the only one and being paid fortnightly it was the wrong week ! As I live in New Zealand it looked like I would miss out BUT the team at Hobbyco held onto it for the week , if they hadn't I know I would have missed out and getting anything unusual here does happen but not often . Hobbyco's customer service is great and this isn't my first dealing with them and never has anything been a problem , this time I thought I needed to say thankyou and in a way anybody thinking about buying off the interweb or dealing direct just know you'll get first class attention.
