The shop assistant who served me at the Liverpool store was amazing! She picked up straight away that my son was into dinosaurs because of the shirt he was wearing and showed him all the dino stuff. The product i was after was online and i had never done a ‘click and collect’ but she made the whole orocess smooth and easy. Even when picking up my item, the guy was great. I was greeted and looked after. I will definitely be back and recommended your store to my friends. Great range, great servic!
