I placed an order on Monday, 18 November, and despite their weekend backlog of over 500 orders, my order was processed by Wednesday, 20 November. On the same day, they informed me that one item was out of stock and quickly offered a refund or substitute. Their response to my email was prompt, and they resolved the issue efficiently.
My items were shipped on Thursday, 21 November, and arrived the next day, perfectly packaged with no damage. I’m very impressed with Hobbyco’s excellent customer service, quick responses, and care in handling orders.
