Got a call from Homeshield direct the young lady was really helpful and really explained to me the exact details of the extended cover on both my washing machine and washer dryer. I did call customer service the next day and got through pretty quickly for an update on when the paper work would arrive. terms came through a few days later and everything that was spoken about on the phone was covered. happy with the cover but most of all that everything that i needed to know was explained.
