The tumble dryer stopped working so I called HomeShield. They were very polite and so willing to help. They had an engineer with me that very same day, and he repaired the tumble dryer within half an hour. I would totally recommend HomeShield Direct to all. Best thing I have ever done getting all my white goods insured with them.
