Oven stopped working. Reported it on the 10th Sept. 14th Sept cold call from their office saying some of my insurances are due for renewal. Told her I was waiting to hear from engineer, she said she would pass it on.
Told them it was urgent as I am having breast cancer surgery at the end of the week so need it fixed ASAP……….still waiting,
