Absolutely diabolical service - took £517.00 out of our account for a job and tv that we don’t have. We do have other items insured for three years with them but that’s it when the policies run out this year.
Despite numerous emails they would not discuss the details with me as although it is a joint account the policy is in my husband’s name. Cannot get through on the phone either😡 it’s in the hands of the bank now. PS they also took £1+ out the j/a to check if the funds were in there before they removed the £500!
