Absolutely appalling service I’ve been without a washing machine for 3 months They have offered me a crappy replacement
They do not say in the T&C that they will not replace your machine with the same one and they will only give the replacement value of the machine when it was purchased
Avoid this company they are con merchants took 3 year plan and they’ve offered me the money value of the plan to replace my broken machine
