ABYSMAL!!! Been paying out for a number of years and last week my washing machine broke down, zero customer service, leaving an emergency service worker with no means to have clean clothes and no professional communication, engineer refuse to work after 17:00 hours, engineer stated after I had to beg for an appointment at 07:00am telling me I need a new washing machine that I’d be waiting a week or longer for the replacement, customer service told me to take my laundry to a laundrette, after being treated so poorly I decided to just go out and replace it myself, I then called to cancel this extremely poor service and asked for a refund, they have REFUSED to refund me walking away with over £250! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE, ITS A SCAM!!
