Have been paying monthly for cover on washing machine for about last 6/7 years washing machine broken and not repairable i contacted them this morning to be told i can't claim the lady on the phone didn't even ask me my name policy number so I told her to cancel it she said its cancelled how can this be when she didn't even take the name also found my last letter with policy details should have been paying 7.14 per month they have been taking 10.49 so been over charging me i am now reporting this to trading standards not happy at all and will be reporting to any other place that I can discusting behaviour and obviously need staff who know what they are doing.
