Conned into paying a year and supposedly being covered for 2 years after that however due to appliance breaking down I then get told to pay remainder of my plan and pay for delivery of appliance and would need to pay extra for removal of old and installation which I was led to believe was included . I also tried to complain about various things like getting repairs booked in a timely manner and general poor service which I felt wasn't acknowledged by Lauren and believe this lady needs to go on a customer service course as she clearly has no idea or skills to deal with customer complaints.
