I ran them to request them to send an engineer to fix my washing machine after 20 months. They told me I have to pay for callout charge. I asked why.. they told me I had a new cover policy after the last washing machine was replaced. Hence i need to pay for call out charge!!! Why bother to have a policy then? I am calling to cancel my policy and have my bank to block them.
