I contacted your Company today and was most disappointed with the response.
We have several items covered but when I asked for an appointment to come and examine our faulty cooker I was told it wasn't covered. I argued that it should be but was rather impatiently told that it was cancelled in Sept. 2024. I was at pains to say that it should only have been a transfer to another cooker but it was only pointed out that this could not be covered as it was not brand new. I pointed out that I had not been told this but I was told that I was and that nothing could be done. I really feel this was a very unsatisfying communication and will think twice before dealing with your company or recommending you to anyone else.
