Two direct debits set up. One as GC re Homeshield and the other as BPS re Homeshield. I called them for an explanation and told them to make sure the call was recorded. No explanation given and refused to get a manager to call me back. Quite obviously a scam operation assuming older people are unable to check. Disgusting behaviour!!!!
