Took out the policy which I understood to be £76 for two years. Payment taken £76 a year was not happy. Phoned and woman was very sarcastic telling me I didn’t hear very well. I gave up explaining
my washer did break down it’s only 30 months old Engineer came out. Put hand in drum wheel bearing no heater new drum required wow new washer ordered but I have to pay delivery of £41.40! Then they took delivery money out four times !!! Do not go to home shield. Use Domestic and general great service from D& G
