Cold caller knew my name! Then mentioned the reason for their call - saying that it was about my Homeserve washing machine insurance- which we are not with and have never taken out any type of insurance with Homeserve. Straight away, I knew that it was a 'scam caller' Therefore,
I didn't even respond or allow the caller to proceed- I ended the call swiftly and blocked straight away and will block all unknown calls without answering from now on. If any scammers are reading this, you won't scam be scamming me!
