I purchased a rattan corner sofa set for the garden. the lady in the shop was very helpful & gave us a delivery date, she said that the day before delivery I would get a text to confirm the delivery, but I didn't, she also said in the day of delivery the driver would ring me about 30 minutes before would arrive, but he didn't !
Although I am very happy with my purchase I do feel the £79 delivery charge was very high, considering the lack of communication and the that no assembly was needed.
