The one negative is the fact that we were required to pay £109 for delivery on top of an order of £2,000. This was for a journey of 53 miles by the company's own driver.”

“Super service at every stage of my purchase. I visited the store several times to decide on the colour of sofa and the staff were extremely helpful in ordering sample material. I was kept up to date with the delivery date of the sofa, with a call on the day to confirm exact timings. The delivery guys were brilliant - taking care not to damage the sofa or surrounding furniture when they came and extremely polite and courteous. Really pleased with our sofas - they look amazing and great quality!”
“Bought a lovely bed from your department and paid our deposit. To take the old one away was very expensive at £175 compared to other firms at £40. not very competitive!! Also booking a time for delivery was not easy as full payment had to be made first which made co-ordinating the old for the new difficult without sleeping on the floor and as we are now getting on a bit very difficult....and not very understanding staff at that!!!
