“Bought a lovely bed from your department and paid our deposit. To take the old one away was very expensive at £175 compared to other firms at £40. not very competitive!! Also booking a time for delivery was not easy as full payment had to be made first which made co-ordinating the old for the new difficult without sleeping on the floor and as we are now getting on a bit very difficult....and not very understanding staff at that!!! Would I purchase again from you...NO”
“We’ve placed 2 orders with HU .. 1 online and 1 in store.
The merchandise has been great but delivery was patchy. We ordered 4 lights.. all arrived separately and 1 appeared to only be dispatched when I rang to ask where it was. It then arrived damaged. You replaced the damaged lamp but we had to wait 10 more days for delivery as it came via your own delivery van.
The 2nd order (a rug) was promised in 3-5 days but again I had to ring after 5 days and ask where it was only to be told it was still in your warehouse and hadn’t been despatched for some reason.
As I said we’re very happy with the merchandise but your fulfilment leaves something to be desired.”
“The table we ordered came with a delay, we were very specific when ordering after about 4 meeting with the sales assistants in store, the promised it was arrive before we moved into a new build, it arrived about 4 weeks after.
The table itself is amazing and delivery and set up was great from the team”
