“Had a great experience with Housing Units. We wanted some leather recliner chairs and had been looking for a while at various places. We had a budget in mind but hadn't found anything to fit the bill until we went to Housing Units. There we found the perfect chairs in clearance from a line which was to be discontinued. Fortunately they had them in stock so we didn't have to wait long -just over a week for delivery. The staff were really friendly,helpful and knowledgeable which made for a great experience. They were delivered and assembled with minimum fuss and explicit instructions on use and care.We are so pleased with our purchase”
“Our experience with ordering was perfect, we got all the information we needed and all staff we dealt with were excellent. We did however have an issue re delivery as the date we requested via a telephone call was not the one put on the system by the person booking the delivery. This caused considerable stress when we received a text from the delivery team a day earlier than expected. The lovely Hayley was the one who dealt with the subsequent issues and fortunately our old furniture was removed an hour before the new arrived! We are very happy with both the delivery team, our items received and kind gesture from Hayley. I just hope in future lessons will be learned re delivery bookings.”
