Sent us a damaged item (packaged a lamp without any protection in the box) and gave every excuse under the sun as to why they couldn’t provide a replacement before July (over 6 months away). Poor customer service and couldn’t care less when I’ve tried to find a solution. Awaiting my refund and will not purchase from here again.
