Mark explained the tech knowledgeably, and we received a well presented and informed breakdown of our needs and projected usage (based on prior usage from utilities bills). Throughout the process, Mark & Tom have been highly responsive and a pleasure to deal with - including Jack, Joe and Jordan who came to install last week. Over all very impressed and happy with our decision.
