“After being severely let down by another solar company I was sceptical. But from start to finish they understood and dealt with my concerns. From the rep (Marcus) to Tom and his team arriving it was a positive experience. The equipment was here the day before install and everything was completed in one day. The information on what they needed to be ready to the info on the system and the app was first class. I’d recommend anyone considering getting Solar to definitely give these a call. You might be as pleasantly surprised as I was.”

“Mark and his team have been great to work with from start to finish. From meeting Mark when he came to quote, the scaffolders who were great to Jack and his team of fitters who managed to complete the whole install in under a day. I can’t say enough about what a great experience it has been. They were recommended to me by a friend who’d just had a job done by them and I can see why. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who’s looking to get a solar and power management installation. Many thanks to all involved keep up the great work and service. 👍🏻👍🏻”

Tom answered all of my detailed questions and variations to the specifications both quickly and clearly. The install team and scaffolding company were excellent. Tom has followed up since the install and has been very helpful in enabling me to understand and get the most out of the system.”

The cost estimate was accurate for the whole job. The work date fixed and commenced on time. “Nice and knowledge, hardworking team Great experience from start (quotation process) to finish (installation complete). I have learnt a lot from Tom & Mark and how the system works from end to end. We had a trick installation with cable runs and roof space but everything was handled with such care and dedication and the system works like a treat (as predicted). Thanks to the dedicated team who kept me updated through the process. Special mention to the installation team, Jack, Joe & Ash done a great and fantastic job. The attention to the detail is very commendable. App watching has become an addiction these days. Most important thing to mention is that they have a dedicated Service team available to resolve any issues in the long run, which gives peace of mind to the customers like me. “Highly recommend From the first time Mark came over to quote, we could feel the difference in what Infinite Energy were bringing to the table, as opposed to the many other sales calls we received when we started looking into solar. Mark explained the tech knowledgeably, and we received a well presented and informed breakdown of our needs and projected usage (based on prior usage from utilities bills). Throughout the process, Mark & Tom have been highly responsive and a pleasure to deal with - including Jack, Joe and Jordan who came to install last week. Over all very impressed and happy with our decision.”

“This is what customer service is all about. From quotation to installation and follow up the team at infinite energy were absolutely faultless. The quote was very detailed and reasonable, they were able to install within a few weeks of quoting. On install day a full team arrived and did the job quickly, quietly and efficiently. They cleaned up properly after themselves and, apart from the panels in the roof you wouldn’t know there was a system installed. Not one visible wire or any conduit at all. After install we were given a very detailed lesson in using the system and the infinite team have been happy to help with any questions ever since. We would highly recommend infinite to anyone. Great people and excellent work.”

“We made a decision to go solar, of course the fitting and commissioning of the system was a bit thing for us. It had to be right we were concerned with cable runs etc. being a ex engineer I have an eye for good tidy finished job. WHAT INSTALLATION, THE WHOLE TEAM WERE BRILLIANT NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE WERE THE MOST PLEASANT KNOWLEDGABLE GUYS YOU COULD MEET. Thank you all for a brilliant job we are very pleased.”

“I was quite anxious about getting solar panels for my new house. I needn't have been. The infinite energy team were professional from the start. They did a site visit, unlike the other firms that I contacted. All my questions were answered straightforwardly without BS and the layout of panels on my roof is very much better than what was proposed by other companies. The installation day went very well and the team were pleasant and clearly efficient. The hardware is tucked away tidily and the cable runs are all hidden and everything works as expected. I have been showing off their handiwork to all my visitors. We couldn't be more pleased.”

“Tom and the team arrived on time with all the equipment and our installation was up and running soon after lunch. Our cable run was quite complicated and our batteries were quite a tight fit under the stairs. They took their time to plan it all and we can see no cables and there is no damage to the roof, ceilings or walls. Excellent. Thank you too to Mark and Dale who fixed all the problems that cropped up before the installation.”
