hello i am pleased with there professionalism, understanding and compassion. i recieved 2 keepsake urns and 1 adult urn. everything was fine till i looked at them. all was fine except the lid on the keepsake was chipped. i called and and sent a picture of the lid. they are replacing the lid with no questions ask. as i said very respectful staff and very compassionate about family needs. i highly recommend them. thank you, howard
