I think it's a scam. You are presented with glowing reviews on the website and because I was feeling down due to feeling overweight my husband very generously signed me up for a 4 month plan at great expense. The first month I found almost all the meals pretty unpleasant but put that down to me not choosing my menu very carefully. The second month I was stuck with the same stuff as I didn't realise I had to change my selection several days in advance. Again my own fault. I did persevere as my husband was paying so much for it (although quite a few of the meals did go in the bin) and did lose a little weight. The trouble is once you've signed up for a plan you can't get out of it without paying a large exit fee. At last I have come to an end and have been able to get out of it and I have lost weight but that's because the majority of it was so disgusting just the look of it on a plate in front of me made me want to throw up so into the bin again. So to sum up my experience, I did indeed lose weight but only because I couldn't eat the food. It would have been much cheaper for my husband if I had had the willpower to simply eat less!
