I have been sent mouldy food and packaging in only my 2nd order. You have ignored my emails and a weak sorry is not good enough through your excuse that is customer service. If I could leave I would straight away but as I am committed to your contract I don't want excessive costs and be paying for something that I am worried about eating. I will not be using your company again once my contract expires and will never recommend you.
