Very poor customer service. A product I order arrived incomplete. Emailed customer service to be told it is no longer as advertised in images on the website but a replacement part would be sent. Received email from Amazon delivery that the delivery is cancelled and to contact Jacques. Emailed customer service again to radio silence. On top of this a dowl holding the ladder in place on the toy has come loose which is now a choking hazard. Not happy at all. Would not buy again or recommend.
