We ordered 2 double packs of canasta cards. Both double sets arrived with mis-printed backs. Why then five stars? Well immediately on notifying Jaques replacements were sent and have just arrived. Obviously I sent photographs of the offending articles but there was no quibble, no need to return faulty first sets. Top customer service, and as we all know mistakes can happen - it's how you put those mistakes right, hence 5 stars to Jaques. Besides that we've been using an original set/s for a couple of years now and the quality of cards far exceeds others we've used in the past. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending these cards to other potential users.
