Jaques shopping is a very different experience. I do like to visit shops but shopping online with Jaques feels very similar. It's personal. The toys hark back to an era where quality was important. Traditional toys made from ethical materials are important to me and my children and grandchildren treasure them. One of my grandchildren has autism so the feel of toys and the emotional attachment to his toys is so important. He likes order when playing and many of your toys particularly support the growing number of children who have similar needs. He is getting older now and I would love to see a few more games and toys for the tweeny age group of 11-15s. We love the care and attention given to the packaging, the little ribbons and boxes that can be repurposed. I have just discovered the Resources section on your website, full of creative and unusual activities.I have printed some off to make a book of ideas that I can put in the children's Christmas Eve boxes for added excitement. The loyalty code system is brilliant as it makes me feel valued and the little free gifts of playing cards and ping pong balls (along with the ping pong ball game ideas) will delight my little ones. It's all about trust really and I trust these lovely gifts to bring joy into my family for this generation and hopefully many to come. I wish all at Jaques continued success.
