Customer scam alert!! So the last 2 times I have gone to book airline travel I have attempted to go through Jetcost. Both times I have researched flights and booked flights and times that would work for myself and my budget. Both times I have received a phone call hours later informing me that costs have changed and my flights are now DOUBLE or TRIPLE!! This tactic is classic Bait and Switch and is illegal by federal law!!! Do NOT use this company! Do not let those u know or love use this company! I cancelled both times and have gladly paid an honest business MORE money for the same trips just because I cannot endorse such dishonest and unethical business practices!!!
