“Awful and a complete SCAM. I purchased a round trip for $243 they called an hour later and said I owed another $400-$600 depending on which flight I accepted. The reason is they only allow 50 people (in quence) to purchase at this rate. How was I to know which # I was in the quence???? I will NEVER use them again!!!!!”

“On November 3, I saw an advertisement for a flight from Fresno, California to Denver, Colorado four at 8:55 in the morning takeoff so when I went to called to book the tickets, the price of the tickets are in the website l $248 total total this flight was gonna cost me for me and my husband $496.36. No when I called to book it they’re giving me some runaround that it’s gonna cost each one of the passengers $402 and some odd cents so a total total of this flight now went from under $500-$800. that’s false advertising that’s misleading and I hope people read because this is not right so I’m going to contact the Better Business Bureau wherever this company is located Know what’s going on that’s my review and I haven’t even flown with them”

“Scam! After buying my ticket and getting confirmation I went to check in only to find out I had to pay another $300 in texas, not taxes was their excuse! When I refused to pay $698 for a flight that was $390 the online assistant became angry with me, anyway called my credit card and told them what happened with pictures of them doubling the price so they are not honoring the first $390 I paid. I recently booked a flight using Jetcost. I received a confirmation number, but that was the only thing I received. After 24 hours, they called and asked for an extra $400 because the ticket I booked was not available. They offered different tickets with 2-3 stops and a 20-hour duration instead of the 11-hour duration with one stop that I originally booked. When I asked to speak to a manager, the person I was speaking to hung up on me. They were incredibly rude and shouted at me, insisting if I believe that the ticket would cost $800. I had booked the ticket for $800, and that was not a cheap price, especially considering it didn't even include carry-on luggage.
When I asked to cancel the booking since they didn't have the original flight available, they said they would charge me a cancellation fee. They claimed it was my problem that I didn't want to pay more or to fly to a different location, which was 1.5 hours away. Additionally, they didn't seem to care that I would have to pay more for an Uber to get to the alternate airport.
This was a really bad experience. I would strongly recommend against using Jetcost, as it's not worth your time and money. I will be disputing this charge.”

I recently "booked" a flight for my daughter using Jetcost and received a confirmation number and that was the only thing I received. After 24 hour upon my call I asked where is the proper ticker, and what he said is amazed me. He said that fare is not available and you need to pay £340 more to issue the ticket. I argued and that person was so rude and shouted why you book to see the cheap fare. It is really really bad. It happened 2nd time and 1st instance I thought it happened just but now 2nd time the same this means now on jetcost too many scammers allowed to list there flight ads on the jetcost to pull money from customers.”

I booked a flight. Received a booking ID#, and I copied the transaction. Never received anything else. I called the phone number on the website 1.858.633.8952. They hung up on me twice.
I booked with Southwest after that for double the cost.”
