I was planning to travel from NYC to the Caribbean and all flights were over $1000 and they have it for $342 way to much of a difference so b4 I book it I decided to check the reviews of that website. “They sent me to a company that had a reasonable, still high priced flight, that had the exact times and dates I was looking for. So, ok. I was willing to pay a little more.
They sent me to a company called travel- masters.com.
I purchased the ticket online, and received an email saying it was unconfirmed and shortly after a call. Once they had me on the phone, they proceeded to tell me the ticket wasn’t available, but they had other tickets for that flight available for almost $200 more.
I asked them what happened, and they told me I did not understand the process and that this is the only flight available. I told the rep I understood the travel industry, and asked again what happened?
They tried gaslighting me, into believing that I didn’t know what I was talking about and that they did. They offered me a $50 discount half an already inflated ticket.
Total bait and switch company, run the other way!”
“Scam i placed an order like a dummy. I didnt feel good about it from the start. But i did it. Dont do this its a scam and its crazy. You book and then they call you. No confirmation and the passenger name is jose sanchez. I asked about that he said no the passengers say on the email. They also dont give you a confirmation number. I called today delta airline to double check my flight and my name wasnt to be found nor was my credit card used yet and jose sanchez had a reservation for 4 people flying out on the same flight i thought i booked for myself. Its a scam dont do it!!!!”

“I thought I was purchasing a ticket from this app but I got a phone call the next day from some guy saying that the $214 dollars was a stand-by basic ticket not a confirmed ticket and it would cost a total of $591 to purchase a ticket. Then stated that it would be a $50 cancellation charge. Their advertising should state that this is not a ticket merely a way to get more money from you. So the last 2 times I have gone to book airline travel I have attempted to go through Jetcost. Both times I have researched flights and booked flights and times that would work for myself and my budget. Both times I have received a phone call hours later informing me that costs have changed and my flights are now DOUBLE or TRIPLE!! This tactic is classic Bait and Switch and is illegal by federal law!!! Do NOT use this company! Do not let those u know or love use this company! I cancelled both times and have gladly paid an honest business MORE money for the same trips just because I cannot endorse such dishonest and unethical business practices!!!”
“I would give 0 stars. I had flight all confirmed. Even called the airline last night to confirm, and all was well. Got to airport today, and my flight has been cancelled, my money was gone, and there were several thousand Dollars in additional charges on my credit card. Absolute scam. Airport said they had 23 reports just yesterday of it happening to people who booked from this website.
