“This is the biggest Scam Company that I ever ever had to deal with. It’s pretty much or worse like what everyone on here saying who’s leaving a review is 100% accurate. They show you low fares on their website, then don’t confirm your reservations through your email, like they say they would and when you call to confirm they come up with all these Restrictions about your tickets, that don’t even make sense, saying you can’t check or bring any luggage’s with you on your flight, who does that, why would I agree with these restrictions when I’m going on a week vacation? Then they upgrade your ticket to of course to a much higher charge, that you can’t afford, and when you tell them to just cancel your reservation they say it’s non refundable, what nonsense is this? So my advice to everyone is to double check this site and do your research before you do business with them & always check out their reviews. Also pay with a credit card so you can dispute any charges. And report them to the authorities so they can shut down this company and their website. They should not be able to scam people anymore, especially the poor and the lowly. So buyers beware.”

Be aware of low cost flights offered. You pay the money then they don’t have the flights available and try to get you to buy a more expensive one than even the airlines are offering. They refuse to give back the money even after one agent saying they would if flight not available. Phone back to get refund and they refuse. You then have to go to fraud department at bank.”

“Let’s just say I booked the tickets because they were a great price. About 2 hours after I got confirmation, I got an email stating “We made several attempts to reach you” - I didn’t get any phone calls by the way. So I called the # listed and they told me that 2 of the 3 tickets I purchased are confirmed but the third person is on standby because there are not enough seats at that price. Basically, to have the third seat confirmed I would have to upgrade all tickets to the main cabin. Which would end up being around $120 more for each ticket. At this point I was annoyed because that transaction should not have gone through if there were not enough seats. I just wanted them to give me a refund, and they told me it would take several months to get my money back. So I asked for the “manager” whose name was Parker. He was worse than the first guy. He was so rude and would cut me off while I was talking and he would talk over me with a loud voice. He definitely was not a good listener. My husband heard I was upset so he got on the phone and told him not to talk to me that way. This company just wanted more money from me. If I wanted to pay more money then I would have went with a different airline. There was many things said that was uncalled for by this “manager.” In the end- I told him I would call the actual airline, and he finally said okay I’ll cancel your flight on my end. I asked for my refund along with a confirmation of the cancellation. Literally less than a minute, I got an email saying my flight was cancelled. The crazy part is that I went on the airline site and went through like I was going to purchase tickets and guess how many seats were available- the whole plane except the exit rows! What a liars!”
“Very disappointed. First they charged me for my flight and then they said your flight is confirmed but on hold . After they said i need to pay 120 dollar extra. When i said cancel it they were like no we cant it is non refundable. This is not good at all . If the flight is overbooked then why it is showing in app . They should remove it from there. “They charged 300 dollars for the reservation, and later SURPRISE! They said that only the one-way trip had been paid, then an email arrived saying that you had to pay 270 dollars for the return trip, it is a deception because they show a price that is supposed to be for the round trip, but then they tell you They say that you have to pay the return fee separately and that if you cancel there is no refund.”

“Jetcost did a reservation, when I paid it didn't go thru, and I told him to cancel the reservation, and he didn't want yo do it and kept insisting. He asked me to send the money thru Zelle, and because I didn't, He charged $642.00 to my card. He sent and email with the reservation number that wasn't real because I called the airline and the reservation doesn't exist and the confirmation number wasn't legit. Jetcost is a scam. Be careful don't let them fool you.”
“They advertise a very reasonable price, after purchase they call you to let you know that the airline is not providing a reservation. At that time they try to sell you a very high priced ticket instead. They said no refund will be granted. I'll try to stay away from these people, beware please. Thieves is what they are. I paid for round trip tickets and received the confirmation info for my flight and they charged on my account. A week later, I tried to called Jetcost for a question, no answer. So I contacted airline and they inform me that my tickets canceled.
Which is we never canceled it.
End up, We had to book another tickets.
