“Jetcost is a scam when trying to book tickets they're wants you to pay more the the actual price online the when I call them out they proceed to tell me that I should never use there service again.
I read so much a bad review on them so I wouldn't recommend using there service.

“I purchased 2 tickets from LAX to Parris, France from Jetcost.com, and paid it with my Credit Card. less than an hour after I purchased, I got a phone call from the agency which were selling the tickets on Jetcost (Fly Cheapest Online). The lady with a very deep accent told me that they do not have the ticket that I purchased for 2, they only have one. She gave me a choice to either upgrade one of them (pay extra), or change my travel date. I told them to cancel the purchase as none of them were a possibility for me. They refused to do so. I asked to speak with a manager, which first she refused, but with my insistence she agreed to transfer me to her manager. The manager did not offered anything different and said that he cannot cancel/refund. They were rude and were asking questions that was non of their business. I gave up and my only choice was to block the charge on my Credit Card, which I did. This is nothing less than a fraudulent operation, avoid doing business with them, as it is extremely risky.”

“Scam i placed an order like a dummy. I didnt feel good about it from the start. But i did it. Dont do this its a scam and its crazy. You book and then they call you. No confirmation and the passenger name is jose sanchez. I asked about that he said no the passengers say on the email. They also dont give you a confirmation number. I called today delta airline to double check my flight and my name wasnt to be found nor was my credit card used yet and jose sanchez had a reservation for 4 people flying out on the same flight i thought i booked for myself. Its a scam dont do it!!!!”

“I thought I was purchasing a ticket from this app but I got a phone call the next day from some guy saying that the $214 dollars was a stand-by basic ticket not a confirmed ticket and it would cost a total of $591 to purchase a ticket. Then stated that it would be a $50 cancellation charge. Their advertising should state that this is not a ticket merely a way to get more money from you. This is a scam and I will never use this app again.”
