I purchased 2 tickets from LAX to Parris, France from Jetcost.com, and paid it with my Credit Card. less than an hour after I purchased, I got a phone call from the agency which were selling the tickets on Jetcost (Fly Cheapest Online). The lady with a very deep accent told me that they do not have the ticket that I purchased for 2, they only have one. She gave me a choice to either upgrade one of them (pay extra), or change my travel date. I told them to cancel the purchase as none of them were a possibility for me. They refused to do so. I asked to speak with a manager, which first she refused, but with my insistence she agreed to transfer me to her manager. The manager did not offered anything different and said that he cannot cancel/refund. They were rude and were asking questions that was non of their business. I gave up and my only choice was to block the charge on my Credit Card, which I did. This is nothing less than a fraudulent operation, avoid doing business with them, as it is extremely risky.
