“I booked a non-stop flight for my son on Wednesday, 1/24/24 from Indianapolis to Chicago for the dates of 1/31 to 2/6. My son immediately received an email that his flight was confirmed and the payment was submitted; however, we did not receive the eticket. After a few days we called on the status of the eticket to which we were told he’s on the waitlist for the flight. To remedy this situation they wanted to book him on a flight that was $400 more than the original purchase price. They claimed to have attempted to call us to let us know the original flight was not confirmed, yet there is no record of the call in our phone logs.
I was skeptical of this company when I booked the flight as I had not heard of them and should have listened to my gut. BEWARE DOING BUSINESS WITH JET COST AND JET SCANNER (more like jet scammer)”

They only talk on the phone that is why there is no evidence.
When they took my money they did not provide a payment receipt or invoice paid. Again no evidence supplied. Only a booking confirmation which doesn’t mean anything.”
