If I could rate this as a 0, I absolutely would. The customer was terrible, representatives were rude, disrespectful. Said I was lying and were yelling during phone calls. The said they could not help me, they could redline me on the airline. Very disrespectful. EXTREMELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. I would never recommend, nor would I ever use this company again. STAY AWAY!!!
