Let’s just say I booked the tickets because they were a great price. About 2 hours after I got confirmation, I got an email stating “We made several attempts to reach you” - I didn’t get any phone calls by the way. So I called the # listed and they told me that 2 of the 3 tickets I purchased are confirmed but the third person is on standby because there are not enough seats at that price. Basically, to have the third seat confirmed I would have to upgrade all tickets to the main cabin. Which would end up being around $120 more for each ticket. At this point I was annoyed because that transaction should not have gone through if there were not enough seats. I just wanted them to give me a refund, and they told me it would take several months to get my money back. So I asked for the “manager” whose name was Parker. He was worse than the first guy. He was so rude and would cut me off while I was talking and he would talk over me with a loud voice. He definitely was not a good listener. My husband heard I was upset so he got on the phone and told him not to talk to me that way. This company just wanted more money from me. If I wanted to pay more money then I would have went with a different airline. There was many things said that was uncalled for by this “manager.” In the end- I told him I would call the actual airline, and he finally said okay I’ll cancel your flight on my end. I asked for my refund along with a confirmation of the cancellation. Literally less than a minute, I got an email saying my flight was cancelled. The crazy part is that I went on the airline site and went through like I was going to purchase tickets and guess how many seats were available- the whole plane except the exit rows! What a liars!
