My review is more about the delivery company used more so than JRS. Bought a jacket from the website. got an email from APC saying itll be delivered the day after the email. got home to find no package. thought ok ill wait for the next day. same thing, got an email with a time, got home, no package. then it was sunday so gave it till monday. same thing happened monday. I checked the tracking and even though it showed the time, the tracker showed the van parked up at the depot. tuesday came and went with the same thing. wednesday i gave up so went to the depot myself and asked why it was such a poor service. the guy was kind of helpful, I stated the tracking showed the time for delivery but the van was parked in the yard. he found my parcel for me and i left. Jacket is nice and warm, glad i bought it. JRS, please find another delivery partner please. sorry to give you low stars but based on overall experience it was poor.
