Very good systems in place for ordering. Couldn't have an additional design added to only 1 item through the website but this was easily rectified through emails very quickly. Quality of items are very good I would give 4.5star if I could as took longer than I expected for items to arrive but as long as you order 4-6 weeks before you actually need customised items ots not an issue.
