Excellent all round. I opted to plan ahead, and didn’t pay for the express service, so relaxed and let the process happen. It was followed up at every relevant stage, and advance notification was given as to when things would happen (order, processing, proof, manufacture, and shipping).
The classic Polo shirts are excellent quality, just the right weight.
Will order some more soon.
