I bought a necklace with my name in Hebrew on it. My Hebrew font doesn’t have the capability to put the accent mark on the letter gimel to make in a J sound. My English name was on the order. It was obvious by my name that the gimel needed an accent over it and the least they could have done was to email me instead of writing my name wrong. After several emails up and back they did absolutely nothing. I literally through $80 down the toilet.
