“I ordered a simple ring, with the Hebrew on the outside and the English words on the inside. It is beautiful and it gives me the reminder I need daily. The ring size was perfect and it has held up well to constant wear.”
“I bought a necklace with my name in Hebrew on it. My Hebrew font doesn’t have the capability to put the accent mark on the letter gimel to make in a J sound. My English name was on the order. It was obvious by my name that the gimel needed an accent over it and the least they could have done was to email me instead of writing my name wrong. After several emails up and back they did absolutely nothing. I literally through $80 down the toilet.”
“I ordered something with my English name in Hebrew. I typed the name in Hebrew but did not have the capability of putting the accent line over the first letter. I thought that since they saw my name in English that they would realize it was a “J” and not a “G”. After several emails up and back I let them know that I have spent my career in customer service and someone had to have seen my order and could have emailed me to clarify it instead of spelling the name incorrectly. It cost me almost $80 and I can’t even wear it. The least he could have done was either to correct it or return some of the money that I paid for it.”
“I just bought a necklace for my daughter on November 20 2022.
First off they are lying about that it's made in Israel when it's clearly made in Belgium.
Second when I emailed costumer service about the necklace he's not arrived yet to Canada in December 12 2022 he said that it arrived but customs are delaying it when I checked Canada Post website it didn't show anything about costumes it said still waiting for parcel to arrive to Canada when I confronted costumer service for that he blamed Canada Post for lying.
The parcel arrived to Canada on December 15 2022 and then costumer service guy said that now we proved that Canada Post are lying.
This is my first and last time I buy anything from them.
I strongly don't recommend this store and their website.”
“They are a black hole of customer service and product delivery. No delivery of an “in stock” Tallis after 40 days and multiple promised shipping notification dates. Do not trust them with your money. They charged my card immediately. I had to initiate all communication”
“I bought a menorah as an engagement gift for my daughter. It was nothing like the beautiful 3D artwork shown on their website. It was a flimsy 1/8 inch piece of cheap metal bent with a wave in it, poorly spray painted with bumps and splotches. It also had a lot of scratches along the edge. It was a very expensive at almost $399 Canadian with tax. I also had to pay an additional $63 for customs and duties. I returned it for a refund and was told that I'd have to pay the postage which was $77 for a trackable parcel. According to their website, if the product is defective they will pay for return shipping. They refused saying that the menorah would get scratched with use. I kid you not. I am out more than $150 for a cheap, shoddy piece of artwork. This company is no better than these fly-by-night operators that want nothing more than to scam you.”
